One week till the West Windsor Farmer's Market

The sprouts are up and we are looking forward to the start of the West Windsor Farmer's Market opening on May 16th. Keep checking in for updates on what will be ripe for the market.

Spring Update

The hens are out on pasture, the pigs are breaking ground for some late summer veggies, and the bees are out and about. Potatoes are *finally* up, peas and scallions are soaking up the cool nights, and beets, swiss chard, carrots, and mesclun are sprouting in the far field. First farmer's market of the year is May 16th!
